Website Privacy Notice
Resultant-Vector Ltd · Draft v1 · 17 October 2026
REVIEW DRAFT — NOT YET EFFECTIVE. Fields in square brackets and the implementation decisions described below remain unverified. This document is not a consent request or evidence of compliance.
What this notice covers
This notice covers resultant-vector.com, general enquiries and registration of interest in beta testing. It is separate from the app Beta Privacy Notice. Registering on this website does not connect Apple Health, activate an app account or upload your health records. The dashboard and screenshot values shown on the website are illustrative or synthetic.
Who is responsible
Resultant-Vector Ltd operates RESULTANT // VECTOR (R//V). Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Privacy contact: [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Company registration details and a monitored contact must be verified before this notice takes effect.
Information collected
When you submit a form, we receive the fields you enter, such as your name, email address and message or beta-interest details. The exact field names, mandatory fields and any hidden fields must be checked against the published HubSpot forms before this draft becomes effective. Avoid putting health information or other sensitive details in a general enquiry.
Website and form providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times, page or referral information and security or cookie identifiers. The enabled fields and purposes need to be confirmed from actual provider settings and browser testing.
Why we use information and the proposed lawful bases
| Purpose | Information | Basis to verify and document |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to an enquiry | Contact details and message | Legitimate interests in responding and administering enquiries; assess and record the balancing test. Pre-contract steps apply only where genuinely requested and relevant. |
| Send requested beta-opening information | Name, email and signup record | Consent to the specifically described beta updates. Verify the form wording, consent record and withdrawal route. |
| Other promotional emails | Contact preferences and email | Separate appropriate permission and applicable electronic-marketing rules. A general enquiry must not automatically become a marketing subscription. |
| Security and operation | Proportionate technical logs | Legitimate interests, subject to necessity and balancing; legal obligation only where an actual obligation applies. |
| Optional tracking | Relevant identifiers and interaction data | Determine the applicable cookie/device-access rules and data-processing basis after the audit; no permission is implied by viewing this draft. |
Providers and recipients
The website contains two EU-region HubSpot embedded forms, used for contact and beta-interest submissions. HubSpot supplies form and contact-management services. The current static site is deployed through Sites; its deployment responses identify Cloudflare infrastructure. The contracting providers, processing roles, subprocessors and applicable agreements must be verified before final wording is issued.
Access should be limited to staff and service providers who need it for the stated purposes, with disclosure where legally required. The phrase EU-region in an embed does not establish that every support, subprocessing or backup operation is confined to the EU.
International transfers
Verify where website, HubSpot, support and backup data are processed and the applicable transfer mechanisms. Complete any required transfer assessment and identify relevant safeguards and how copies can be requested. [VERIFIED PROVIDERS, DESTINATIONS AND SAFEGUARDS]. Do not infer UK-only or EU-only processing from the domain or form-region setting.
How long information is kept
| Category | Decision required |
|---|---|
| Enquiries | [PERIOD OR OBJECTIVE CRITERIA AFTER LAST MEANINGFUL CONTACT] |
| Beta-interest registrations | [PERIOD, REVIEW DATE AND BETA-CLOSURE ARRANGEMENT] |
| Consent and suppression records | [PROPORTIONATE PERIOD AND PURPOSE] |
| Security logs and provider backups | [ACTUAL LOG AND BACKUP EXPIRY; DELETION CONTROLS] |
Owner-approved periods must be configured and supported by deletion procedures. A withdrawal may require retaining a minimal suppression record to prevent further messages. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.
Withdrawing beta updates
Use the unsubscribe facility in messages where provided, or contact [PRIVACY EMAIL]. The team must verify that withdrawals stop future beta-update messages and are honoured across the relevant HubSpot lists. Completing a form or accepting terms is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.
Your choices, rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact [PRIVACY EMAIL]; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to applicable extensions and exceptions.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You may contact us first, but you do not have to do so before approaching the ICO.
Cookies and changes
Read the separate Cookie Notice for the current audit status. This draft does not claim that a consent banner is installed or that optional tracking is blocked. Material processing changes require accurate updated information before the new activity. Effective date: [TO BE CONFIRMED].

Current website analytics choice
Optional HubSpot analytics is loaded after you accept analytics. Your accept or decline preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, and can be changed using Analytics preferences. Accepted analytics can measure visits and page activity and may associate activity with a known HubSpot contact. Declining blocks the optional tracker; it does not submit or remove a beta registration. Existing HubSpot forms remain separate third-party embeds. The rest of this notice remains a review draft with outstanding details.
